The design for Lake Wood is derived from a traditional Sussex passage house creating a sustainable family home rooted in its context. Three interlinked forms are clustered around an east facing courtyard. The landscaping aspects of the project involved enhancing biodiversity, improving an existing manmade lake and burying high voltage power lines beneath an area of ancient woodland. (Unbuilt)
